What a fun day...Riley was so cute all dressed up and on stage. She had a rehearsal at 8am and FROZE in fear! But at the recital she was fearless...That's my girl! She kept asking me to let her hair down and I told her..as soon as you are done dancing..you can take it out...So The Minute!!! she was done..she ran off stage with her friends..got to her seat..and down came the hair! I think it is rebellion from always having bows when she was smaller...She even had bows to match her Jammie's! ha ha..

Kole's SCHOOLS OUT CELEBRATION 2008

Kole invited 18 or so friends over for some surfing fun. We found a Surf Skim Board and had everyone paint thier own surfboards. It was a blast...13-14 of them stayed over..what a fun night! Summer here we come! We are all so happy that we can SLEEP IN!!!!

Recycle Boys- Imagination rules when your not in school!

The boys(Kole, Kaden and JB) had a ball today getting into the recycle box. They made cool "transformers suits" amoung other works of art...They wanted to make a movie...Not much dialog..but watch "Can Man"...I was cracking up when he fell behind the ottoman and got stuck.......Go to the side of the screen and check out the video on youtube.

Koles Field Day at CP- Good bye 3rd grade

Field day at CP was a blast! Sean and I went to work there in the afternoon so we got to see all the fun. It is amazing what they do for the kids at CP. It is a great school!Kole and his friends at the dance party

Kadens Graduation from TINY TOTS~ May 2008

Kaden is finally done with Pre School...My baby boy is now going to kindergarten...I felt tears in my eyes when I checked him in for the last time! Seems like just yesterday his was born...what a wonderful adventure he has had so far!

Here are some pictures and videos of his big day! Grama Kathy and Cousin Karlie came to watch his presentation. It was so sweet! He will Miss his friends and Miss Misty...Riley will be in her class next fall...Riley is so excited about that!

First trip to the Lake~ 2008

We went to the lake to see how OLD SCHOOL would run...The boat was running perfect! We did not get there until late..but the water was to cold to get wet anyway..so we just enjoyed the evening running around Beaver Lake.....We went to Beaver again the other night with our good friends...and got stranded after floating and star gazing....we were floating toward a dark bank at 10:00PM and Sean was in a panic because the boat would not start...

After the fiasco...Our friend added something to the name....

"OLD SCHOOL...You gotta know how to row!"

We finnally got her started and got back to the dock...Sean got the boat to the ramp to load it and he was usung the oar to get it there...and it broke...snapped in 2!!! We were laughing so hard! You just had to be there...We now know...Gotta add a flash light, some flares and an anchor to our boat kit! Maybe even a trolling motor! ha ha

This is what we call Koles island..We tie up here and let the kids explore and swim. The water is so high that it is almost completely underwater this year...
